Our process begins with an arch and pressure-mapping sensor scan. We then observe your walking pattern (gait analysis) to identify issues like overpronation (rolling inward) or high arches. Using this data, we select shoes with the correct structural support, width, and heel alignment, and recommend footbeds or custom orthotics if required.
Yes, accommodating hard-to-fit feet is our specialty! We carry shoes in narrow (AA/A), wide (D/E), and extra-wide (EE/EEEE) configurations. If we do not have a specific style or size in stock, we offer special orders at no additional shipping charge to you.
Absolutely! The majority of comfort and orthopedic shoes we sell (such as Dansko, NAOT, Wolky, and Brooks) feature removable insoles. This allows you to easily slip out the factory lining and replace it with your custom medical orthotic inserts for a perfect fit.
